| Answer: | It comes with basic items that you can use to do most anything. You can always order additional accessories, however, I haven't found that I needed too. I cooked a 12 pound turkey, it came out great, nicely browned on the outside and extremely moist on the inside. It took me awhile to settle the turkey on the spit. My suggestion in cooking the turkey. Position it on the spit with the butt end away from the turning wheel. Make sure at all parts are securely tied to the body. Season the bird with oil or butter than rub. Place in rotisserie, set time for 2 1/2 hours. I set mine for 3 hours but could have taken it out in 2 1/2 hrs. Good luck and enjoy! |

You would compress the Basket lid closed, place the Spit Rods in the Carving Platform and line up the two small loops on the basket with the Spit Rods then drop the Rotisserie Basket down gently onto the Spit Rods so that the matching loops on the other side of the basket are matched up. Then place the removable gear wheel on the end of the spit rod and place the rotisserie basket and chicken in the Ronco Rotisserie and cook. Be very careful as the basket and gear wheel get very hot. Enjoy! |

| Answer: | Hello Jane...I believe that is a standard feature of this model. There are four Phillips head screws that hold the reflective shield in place. Just remove them and the shield slides out from behind the heating element. It's quite easy to do if you first unplug the unit, - slide the glass door into the storage position underneath - rest the rotisserie on the counter with a towel underneath - then remove the screws while looking down into the unit. Remember, the finish on the reflector is polished. It's a good idea to use your cleaner full strength and to let it soak, then rub with an old terry cloth towel. Even using your fingernails to remove build-up will leave a slight mark. Please don't ask me how I know! |

Just did a prime rib Friday and it was delicious!! |

It's Red in color. This is the appliace in our home! I never use the oven for roasting anymore. I used to hate chiken breat meat but it comes out so tender in this Ronco. You won' be disappointed. You have to purchase cook's twine to keep the chicken wing and drum sticks from flopping but worth it once you get the hang of it. The whole chicken has to be balanced in your rotissorie. Excellent product! |

| Answer: | Hi Dennis, I have heard of people roasting coffee in their rotisseries before, I'm sure someone out there sells a basket for that, not sure where though. The other thing would be some elastic chicken ties or roasting string, or maybe a flavor injector. Might also consider some type of heat resistant gloves just to make it easier to take out of there while it is still hot. Makes a great pork loin roast. I can't think of much else in the way of accessories. If I do though I will be sure to let you know! |

| Answer: | I looked through the booklet and could not find a watt rating. I've always just plugged mine into the normal wall outlet to use. Haven't had any problems. |

| Answer: | Up to 12-14 pounds. I stay closer to the 12 pound size to be safe. |
