How thick, in Inches, are the slices

Answer:

Yes it is real wood! However, I would advise to look at different options. I had to send mine back for a refund due to how they shipped it. Basically they put it in a box the size of the table with no padding whatsoever and what I got when I opened it was an extremely dusty dirty table with multiple scratches and gouges on the sides. It looks a lot better in the picture and I cannot speak for all of them but that was my experience. It is real Rosewood though to answer that question and is of a sturdy build.

Answer:	All of our wood species are domestic (harvested in the USA) except the "African Mahogany" version.
Question:	can you use an electric knife with this
Answer:	One of the great features of the slicer is that you can choose the thickness of the slices. There are about four different thickness you can choose from. I can't give you exact numbers, as it will vary depending on your type of bread, bread slicer and your technique. You could probably slice some denser breads as thinly as 0.25 inches, up to about 0.75 inches. You will have to develop a slicing technique and keep it consistent, as the slots for the knife are a bit wide and you knife can wobble a bit as it cuts through the bread. Probably a system of always pressing the knife to one side of the slot would give the most consistent results.
Question:	How thick is the thin slice
Answer:	Yes, we use the actual wood species listed. We do not "stain" any of our products. Just before shipping they are dipped in mineral oil then waxed and buffed using beeswax.
Question:	How long is the knife that comes with this bread slicer? Is it long enough to reach the other end
Answer:	You won’t be able to get around this when using a serrated knife. Really the only way to avoid this is just being aware of when you’ve cut to the bottom of the loaf. I have the maple one, and maple is a dense, hard wood; but even I get scoring marks from the knife serrations. Upside is once it has enough wear, you can re-sand and re-oil the wood to make it good as new again.

Question:	what size is the tray
Answer:	The exact size as one of the dollar tree round pizza pans! If you buy this, grab a few of those to throw on this and if you cook anything like breaded fish sticks, just spray some oil on the pan to keep it from sticking. Just set that on top of the included pan because the included pan is a NIGHTMARE to keep clean, even with a nice dishwasher!
Question:	can you cook food from the raw state, such as fish, chicken, shrimp or forzen semi-cooked foods as breaded fish, chicken and shrimp
Answer:	Do not preheat rotating oven. With the Pizzazz Plus rotating oven, no preheating is necessary. Preheating an empty baking pan may damage the pan finish. Never use the Pizzazz Plus rotating oven to cook or grill raw fish, poultry, or meats (e.g., bacon, chicken, hamburgers, or steaks) as this may damage the unit. Never wrap baking pan or any portion of the rotating oven with aluminum foil. Never operate the unit if the pan is not rotating. Close adult supervision is necessary whenever using this appliance with children present. Never touch the food or any metal parts on the unit while it is operating. They are very hot. Always remove baking pan from unit when baking is completed. Operating the rotating oven with an empty baking pan or placing an empty baking pan on the unit before the unit has cooled may result in damage to the baking pan finish.
Question:	Pis there a difference between the pizzazz pizza oven and the pizzazz plus oven
Answer:	From the Presto website: Q. I have a Pizzazz® pizza oven (not the Pizzazz® Plus rotating oven). Can I reheat pizza or cook other foods besides pizza?A. If, on the top of the unit, your product reads Pizzazz® pizza oven, such use is not recommended. The pizza oven was designed for cooking whole 7- to 12-inch pizzas. Reheating less than a whole pizza or cooking other foods will not cover the baking pan the way a whole pizza does. As a result, the product may be damaged.Q. Can I cook frozen convenience foods or reheat pizza on the Pizzazz® Plus rotating oven?A. The Pizzazz® Plus rotating oven was designed to cook frozen convenience foods and 7- to 12-inch pizzas. It will cook an assortment of frozen convenience foods such as cheese bread, chicken nuggets, egg rolls, fish fillets, onion rings, and more. Question:	How does this compare to a toaster oven? I see a lot of people say you can put things like fries, wings, etc. on it
Answer:	If you have a really nice toaster oven like a Breville or similar, then this will not compare. If you have a cheap toaster oven (around this price point), then this is less likely to burn or make the food very uneven (at least based on my experience) It is not any faster. The advantage for me is it cooks Pizza including French Bread version without needing to warm up the big oven. It does not need to preheat. So depending on your needs it is a great device, for us it is 1 device for most of what we would do in the oven. I hope this helps
