Answer:	This is in the Amazon.com description: "Can be used expanded or flat on bowls". I have this and use it for almost everything heated in the microwave. I believe it insulates muffins, rolls etc. Could be all in my head but I think it makes reheated foods come out better. It can also be used to cover food for Johnny-Come-Latelys and to protect food from flying insects.

Answer:	This is what this cover is made of. According to Wikipedia, TPE (Thermoplastic elastomers) is a mix of rubber and plastic. In other words, TPE is a blend of synthetic materials that have not been disclosed, have not been studied, and have not been proven safe.
Question:	The description says "resistant to 600 degrees", can it go in a micro-convection oven
Answer:	I used mine today to cover five baked potatoes in my micro-convection. It turned into a heap of melted mess. I thought I would try it in the convection part of the oven because the product stated it could withstand up to 600 degrees. My oven went up to 400, and melted into the standing grate. Oh well, my mistake. Don’t use this in a convection oven.

Answer:	It keeps time yes. I believe it tracks time with am and pm, I don’t know if it can be set to a 24 hour military time.

Answer:	Inside dimensions are 13.7" wide x 8.7 high x 12.4 deep with a 10.5" turntable (per GE specs). One note on exterior dimensions--it is listed at 14.5" deep, which is the size of the unit but does not count the space required for the cord which leads straight out the back in a rigid stress relief, effectively adding about 1.5" to the depth. No problem if you can bore a hole in the back of your cabinet or wall for the wire, otherwise plan on needing at least 16" for depth. Unit works well and looks good.
