Question:	Are the walls insulated, or does the outside get very hot like most other countertop ovens
Answer:	the wolf oven is more insulated than the typical toaster oven, including a seal around the door. The top of the oven gets very hot and is labeled so, the sides and back get very warm to the touch. It is more like a small oven than a toaster oven in terms of quality of heating and eveness. I'm very pleased with it! I don't consider it a toaster oven, I cook dinner every night; steaks, whole chicken, pork chops, much more than I make toast, this requires more heat for longer times and that's why my response is that is the oven is hotter than others who used it to make toast.
Question:	The pictures show a light but everyone says that there is not a light. Do newer ovens have a light
Answer:	The 150S has red knobs, the 160S has black knobs and the 170S has silver knobs. The number is for ordering purposes, as they are all the same and they all come with the interior halogen light. The older model the 100S is the older model without the light that they are phasing out.
Question:	i am looking for an oven that does not have a nonstick finish. Is the inside of the oven coated with a nonstick finish
Answer:	I'll just say this..... I just called Wolf and of course the person that answered the phone didn't have an answer regarding what kind of non-stick finish was on the inside of this oven. However, she did try to find the answer for 5-10 minutes without any luck. She then put me on hold to ask a tech about it and came back with, " the coating is PTFE-free", but could not tell me what it was (I was hoping ceramic). There seem to be VERY few ovens with zero non-stick coatings. I gather the way to deal with it is to keep temps below 500 degrees to prevent degradation/off-gassing of the coating.
Question:	Does anyone know the "interior" width and depth inside the oven so I know the maximine size dishes/pans that can be used
Answer:	16 3/4 wide 11 3/4 deep, I love the oven but because the rack has a lip on the back that prevents pans from falling,because of this it also limits the size of the pans that can be used. I find this to be the major draw back. I have had the Breville, and it holds a nice large round pizza pan. I feel the Wolf is a better baking oven than the Breville

Answer:	12x18 or 22 cm you can just search for coffee roasting drum on amazon. I ordered one for a different (Black and Decker) rotisserie toaster oven. It did require some widening of the holes for the skewer rod to push thru. The bigger issue is getting enough heat to the drum for coffee roasting. The B&D model I have does not simultaneously heat the upper and lower elements when using the rotisserie function (only during toast mode, but then the rotisserie motor is not spinning). I would guess that it is to avoid drippings from hitting a hot element.
Question:	My white markings around the knobs has worn off and I don’t know what mode or what temperature I’m using and the rotisserie bar is to short? Help
Answer:	This was the second Toaster Oven I have purchased because of the white numbers coming off in less than a year. Same problem again. Will not buy any more of this brand ! Manufacturer should offer a replacement sticker or come up with some other solution!

Answer:	I haven't tried an oven thermometer yet (good idea) but so far everything that I've tried in it has cooked/baked according to the suggested time and temperature in recipes. Of course, I most often use it for toasting English muffins for breakfast or grilled cheese in the evening, so exact temps have never been an issue.

Answer:	No, it is not wide enough for a 9x 13 casserole. Plus, it cooks everything from the bottom only.

Answer:	This uses 1500 watts compared to a regular ovens say 2400, but it's heating an area maybe a sixth of the size.

Answer:	We have a 6 quart Presto that was made sometime in the early 1970's. Finally got to the point where it would not seal and I replaced the overpressure plug and seal ring, now works perfectly again: pot roasts up to 5 pounds in 1 hour, delicious and tender, even with cheap chuck roasts. You won't be disappointed. Buy the 8 quart. If you buy the smaller 4 or 6 quart, you will soon wish you had bought the 8 quart model. The way to use this for pot roasts: Use enough water to just cover the trivet plus maybe an extra cup or two. Arrange all your ingredients inside with the roast on the bottom and potatoes on top. Lock the lid in place, then run the stove burner at maximum until the water is boiling (you will be able to hear it boiling in there), and the steam pressure has built to the point that it lifts the vent weight and starts it jiggling, then turn the heat down to medium. Watch the weight for a few minutes. You want the heat just high enough to keep the weight jiggling a little, but not so much that it's venting lots of steam. As soon as the water is boiling and pressure starts to build, set your timer to 45 minutes for a small roast (2~3 pounds) or 60 minutes for a big one (5~7 pounds). When the cooking is done, turn the stove off and wait for the pressure to drop - this will take several minutes. To test, lift the vent weight slightly with a fork or spoon, and if it doesn't gush steam, the pressure has dropped enough to lift the weight off completely and open the lid.After a few years, the cooker may develop a leak somewhere under the rim of the lid and refuse to build pressure. This is a sign that's it's time to replace the sealing ring and overpressure safety plug, which you will buy as a set, based on the model number of your cooker. Fortunately, Presto is a company that seems committed to maintaining even it's older products, and you can still buy sealing ring and pressure plug kits for cookers manufactured in the '50's and '60's. They haven't changed that much; I guess it's a design that works so well, there's been no reason to change it. That rocking vent weight is foolproof, and simple, and it guarantees that as long as the Earth's gravity doesn't change, the pot will operate at a maximum of 15 psi.CAUTION: In the unlikely event that the cooker is allowed to run dry, either through not enough water being used, or being forgotten on the stove until all the water has boiled out the vent, the unit must be discarded. The safe working pressure of an aluminum pressure cooker could be significantly degraded if the cooker were to be overheated much beyond it's normal operating temperature of 250º. If it were to burst at normal working pressure, on a subsequent use after being overheated, anyone nearby could be seriously injured by scalding water or flying metal debris.

Answer:	I have the 8 qt Presto aluminum pressure cooker-love it, a recent purchase. I wonder if that happens because of the aluminum. I used it once for a potato ragu with sirloin beef: yum!! Hadn't cooked that in a couple of years.Where I'm from people love Magnalite aluminum pots. Except for my Presto, I don't use aluminum pots because of acidic foods like spaghetti sauce that could leach out the aluminum. Will probably get the Presto 6 qt stainless pressure cooker next.

I pull it out once a week to clean and have not seen any damage. I assume it can get hot just keep an eye on it until you figure it out. Also I never depend on the temp being what it's set on, most things I fry or bake are at 225 to 300 degrees and have developed quite good skills on this thing
