Answer:	The BOV845BSS Smart Oven™ Pro and its predecessors which use the same Element IQ™ system that maintains a very accurate and specific temperature as indicated by the LCD once fully preheated. The only loss of temperature would occur from opening the door during the cooking process or not allowing the initial pre-heat to complete. Recommendations find a probe unnecessary, advice is simply to follow traditional roasting times and temperatures. Should it be necessary, keep in mind a reduction of temperature from opening the door and a requirement for needing some time to recalibrate to the indicated temperature selection. In terms of the door and probe, that would be within the realm of the operators judgment as too many variables exist on the market, though it is not something Breville has found necessary.
Question:	Can you use aluminum foil in this oven
Answer:	The BOV845BSS Smart Oven Pro™ is very similar to a traditional home oven and therefore can be approached with similar expectations. Due to the quartz heating elements (two top, two bottom, with a shield though still partially exposed) and the size of the cavity, caution should be exercised when using foil to prevent direct contact with the top heating elements especially. Careful and thoughtful alignment of the foil, tightly wrapped to avoid any contact with the heating elements is certainly required and recommended.
Question:	How do the bake and roast functions differ - and how does the slow cook function differ from using bake or roast at a low temperature
Answer:	The Element IQ™ technology featured on all Breville Smart Ovens' makes alterations to time and temperature to achieve a variety of results based on repeated results in our own test kitchens. Bake is a gentle approach towards target temperature, while roast is a more aggressive approach. I pull it out once a week to clean and have not seen any damage. I assume it can get hot just keep an eye on it until you figure it out. Also I never depend on the temp being what it's set on, most things I fry or bake are at 225 to 300 degrees and have developed quite good skills on this thing

Answer:	The racks, etc., are stainless steel BUT. . . However (sad to say), the interior has a "non-stick" coating (i.e., yes, easier cleanup but NOT healthy). :-( From the manual, "The sides of the oven’s interior are coated with non-stick."

Answer:	The dimensions in the Amazon description are for the box, not the oven itself. The actual exterior dimensions of the oven are 16” W x 12.375” D x 13.75” H. There are plastic standoffs in the back that add another 1.75” to the depth plus another 2” for the handle, making total depth from wall to handle just over 16”. The interior is about 12” W x 11” D and about 4.75” of usable height with the pan installed.

Question:	What are the demensions
Answer:	A: I agree, there should be a better explanation of what the size is. From looking at the pic, I assume the face of the unit is the largest number for the width and the smallest number for the height. Then the depth is the middle number. With that it should fit under top cabinets that are normally 18” above the countertop. I’m trying to fit it in a certain spot, so these measurements are important. A picture with the measurements superimposed would be helpful or noted as such (19.3” wide x 10” high x 15” deep)
Question:	what are the dimentions
Answer:	The description is listing the shipping box dimensions:23 x 17.5 x 13.5 inches and the exterior dimensions: 19x15x9.5 inches. The interior dimensions are approx: 12.5x11x5.75 inches of usable space (you have to allow for the heating elements at the bottom and top). It will accommodate one of those aluminum half pans that caterers use over warmers if you use the edges of the pan to slide into the grooves where the racks and baskets go. If you just put it on the rack, you have to bend the aluminum pan slightly inward at each end. I just measured mine because I need to find another small dutch oven to slow cook in it.

Answer:	we Bought Emeril instapot and airfryer and the kids used it once and decided it was not as presented in the comercial and had to send it back.. They had no idea it was going to cost them to ship it back?? We paid 249.00 and they charged the kids $85.00 to ship it back.. I can only ask you be carefull when buying from Emeril! Answer:	Due to the spinning action of the Rotisserie spit, it is not recommended to place anything larger than a 4 pound chicken on the spit. The interior capacity of the actual unit can hold up to a 10-12 pound bird will roasting, not while placed on the Rotisserie spit.

Answer:	I measure mine to be 13 1/2 so I guess depends on how wide the handles are - My glass dish 13x9 with handles does NOT fit

Answer:	120 degrees to 450 on warm. Slow cook is on low or high. Probably in the instruction book they give the exact temps. It really is the coolest oven. Worth the extra bucks!
