Answer:	Just read and review booklet instructions and it states the bowl and not the paddle turns. I also thought I had a defective ice cream machine until I re-read directions. Cuisinart should really print in boldface this fact. Would definitely save much aggravation. I love my Cuisinart ice cream machine !!!

Answer:	I make frozen yogurt with this every week, and my recipe is SO easy: 1 quart VANILLA (not plain) yogurt, 1 pkg thawed frozen cherries (or berries of any type). No salt, no sugar, no milk, no nothin' else. Turn it on for 20 minutes and you're done. Yummy frozen yogurt. Other favorite flavors, always beginning with VANILLA yogurt: 1) coconut and chopped pecans; 2) 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips

Answer:	I stopped using eggs because for some reason, the ice cream would freeze too hard. I now use: 1 cup cream, 2 cup half-and-half, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon vodka (helps the freezing), pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon. It's great.

Question:	Who makes a two beater malted milk mixer
Answer:	In addition to Hamilton Beach (which is my preferred brand) some other companies make 2 and multi malt mixers. However, all the multi beater mixers I have ever seen are commercial versions, selling for hundreds of $USA, Most restaurant supply dealers sell those. I have never looked for them on Amazon because now that I am retired for my home the HB 727B works very well. Please understand that consumer mixers such as the 727B need the ice cream to be soft. The expensive commercial drink mixers are far more powerful so they can deal with very firm ice cream.

Question:	can you use any stainless steel milkshake cups with this mixer
Answer:	You could use this just as a router but I would suggest getting a different router. There is quite a few issues with this one and an outdated version if you live by a bestbuy I'd suggest getting a netgear nighthawk if you're looking for speed for gaming or just an entry level router if you just need wifi
Question:	What is the volume of the cups
Answer:	You will need the MAC address for the device ready to go before you call your cable provider. After you plug it in and hook it up to your internet feed from your provider and power it on, call their help desk and tell them you have a new cable modem and need this device (MAC) it to be set up under your account. You provide them the MAC address and they should be able to see your device on their network. Once they get it set up, you can connect your WIFI router to the cable modem and they should be able to see the WIFI router connected to your new cable modem. Enjoy saving $ by not renting a cable modem from the provider.
