This wok is ideal for electric stoves since it is flat bottom, flattened did. is 6.5" inches with the normal wok high sides. Easy to season, becomes naturally non stick with use. Answer:	This is a well made wok with a good heat conductor. You can use it on gas stove and it heats up fast.

Answer:	Put oil on a heat source to heat it and use a fat pork or cooking oil to clean the wok inside.

Answer:	After you’ve washed the wok and treated it with VERY hot oil, allow the wok to just sit unused for at least two hours. This is done as part of the seasoning process and is meant to allow the oil to penetrate the carbon steel. If done properly, the wok becomes almost completely nonstick. I used avocado oil, as it has a very high smoke point. The only time my wok has seen soap was when I washed it fresh out of the box. Now, with each use, I wash well with hot water only, then heat on a high flame, followed by a quick rub of avocado oil. The heat kills any remaining bacteria and the oil rub keeps it nonstick. Answer:	I know this is an old question. But just in case anyone else wants to know, yes it is adjustable. When you lift the top back, like you would do to remove or insert the bowl, there is a flat head screw that is visible. If you want the mixer to reach lower into the bowl you turn the screw clockwise (to the right) if you want to lift it turn it counterclockwise (to the left). I would move the screw 1/4 or 1/2 the way around the circle at a time so that you can test it out to make sure you don't move it down too low. If you do just turn the screw back a little and it'll move it back up so you can get it in the right position.

Answer:	Not at all. There is a plastic shield that comes with the mixer (goes over the bowl to prevent splattering), and I suppose some amount of ingredients could come in contact with it, but I don't use the shield.

Answer:	I unfortunately purchased this one and regret it. The bowl is 5 quarts but can only mix 1.5lbs of flour due to the hook and assembly being so low in the bowl to prevent the dough from getting caught up at the top where the spring is. The first time i made pizza dough i felt like it got up in the gears and only used 2lbs of flour. Bottom line the price is attractive but my experience with kitchenaids have been 100% better!

Answer:	I believe the meat output is the same as on a commercial sized grinder. I was a butcher so I used one daily. The blades attach to the corkscrew insert then the plate goes on the outside and screws on. Unlike my commercial grinder, only tighten this attachment by hand. You don't want to have to apply a lot of pressure to loosen it. I lube mine with food grade mineral oil before use and after cleaning. No sausage stuffer attachment available far as I know.

Answer:	The KitchenAid later K5A, the K5SS, and hte Hobart N50 bowls with the rolled over rims are identical, and this pouring chute works perfectly. It will not fit the Vintage KitchenAid K5A and Hobart N50 flat top rim bowls.

Answer:	It fits on all metal bowls with a rolled; not flared edge. The bowl of course must be stationary while ingredients are being added. As I had mentioned before, it takes the frustration out of adding ingredients into a tight space. Hope this helps!
