Answer:	i am not sure but a full load of bread (6 cups) and the dough for 16 lbs of fruit cake (pound butter, 24 eggs, pound and a half of sugar) I can made everything i want. So pleased with my less expensive replacement mixer.

I use a strong flour as well as a cup of vital wheat gluten and the dual mixing arms makes the job much easier and more complete. It mixes small batches of flour quite well and I am more than satisfied with the results I've had so far. For really heavy duty mixes of 5 to 8 cups of flour including water, I resort to my heavy duty mixing machine. My only reason for buying Aicok was for small batches that never seem to get mixed properly in a larger mixer. I recommend this one for it's reliability in getting the mixing done properly.
