Answer:	It appears that the "paddle" for this product is the "straight wire beaters", which I am currently looking for. I have a thick cookie dough that I need for these parts. Hope you find what you are looking for as well.

Answer:	None that I'm aware of. All this is, is a regular hand mixer with a stand. I returned mine, it was a joke. Even the dough hooks, you're supposed to use them while holding the mixer. You're not supposed to use them while the mixer is on the stand.
