Answer:	i am not sure but a full load of bread (6 cups) and the dough for 16 lbs of fruit cake (pound butter, 24 eggs, pound and a half of sugar) I can made everything i want. So pleased with my less expensive replacement mixer.

Because if the beaters etc reach the bottom of the bowl, the friction can damage the bowl and put extra strain on the mixer's motor. If the attachments are rubbing against the bowl, there will be some wear on the bottom of the attachment or you can see small circular scratches on the bottom of the bowl. Those damage will shorten the service life of the stand mixer.
