Answer:	I don't actually see where it says "ultra," but there are a few minor differences between the 48464 and the 48465. The Hamilton Beach 48465 has more stainless steel parts and fewer plastic components, making it sleeker and sturdier. It also has iced coffee and automatic morning brewing features in addition to all of the 48464’s already existing programmable settings. Other than that, the two models are virtually identical.

Answer:	This warmer holds only 8 towels. Not enough!! I had expected and thought it would hold more. It takes too long for the towels to get warm/hot. I must arrive at 3 hours early to ensure they are ready for the client. Not good!

Answer:	You would use this, by wetting towels and adding an oil to them for scent if wanted, ring out the water to keep them damp, roll up towel and place in hot towel cabby. Plug in, push the power button on the right front side and it will start to get hot. You can do this with dry towels as well. Do not leave wet towels in it overnight, turn off overnight and keep the door open. Enjoy! We love ours!
