Question:	How well does this juicer handle celery bunches
Answer:	The juicer is very high powered. The juicer needs to be cleaned after the pitcher provided is full. I juice celery bunches with great success.
Question:	I was using this product for a week. One day juicing my vegetables, then all of a sudden the machine stop working. What could possibly be wrong
Answer:	Mine stopped working after a few uses. The motor was loud and eventually smoke appeared. I was juicing celery and lemon. Can I get a replacement or refund if the box has been thrown away?
Question:	How do i take off the stainless steel grinding basket
Answer:	Do not try to pull up the grinding basket. Feel around and pull up the black assembly that basket sits in gently. Practice a few times and it will become easier.
Question:	Are you able to juice without peeling and cutting the fruits and vegetables
Answer:	I don't peel anything but the oranges because the instructions clearly say that the thicker skins could damage the juicer. The only time I cut something up is if it's too big to go into the feeding area. Otherwise I don't do any extra prep.

Question:	We love our blender! But now would like to purchase a second bottle maybe a third too. How do we go about this
Answer:	You can definitely make just frothed milk, it just takes a little bit of tricking the machine. 1. Press and hold the Bean (strength) button until you see the "scoop" icon light up on the machine. This setting bypasses the grinder, and it is normally used to brew pre-ground coffee. Thbis way, you won't waste any beans. 2. Turn the dial to make either a cappuccino or latte macchiato and press the brew button 3. Milk will start to froth into your cup. 4. When you have the desired amount of milk, simply press any button on the machine to stop the frothing process. 5. Press any button once more to cancel the espresso portion from brewing, and you're done!

Answer:	I do not know the real answer, but after reading things online I have seen others say that when something is labeled biodegradable it is meaningless. If you are looking for something plastic-like to decompose at some point it should be labeled BPI Certified Compostable or ASTM D6400.
