Answer:	The chopper itself. It's very easy to assemble. You put the container on the base, put the blade assembly on top, and then the cover. There's no twisting or fitting things together, other than placing the container so the semicircle matches the one on the base. It's equally easy to disassemble and clean. Answer:	The Ninja can easily do cookie dough and cake batters. But it is a high speed unit. Anything that needs blending on low would not do well with this. I still have my mixer and use it for low speeds. My Ninja did come with a "dough blade" and I do use that for pie crust, bread dough, etc. I have not done egg whites, but I imagine it would do well as the high speed does incorporate a lot if air. Whipping cream does well.

Answer:	Same model - different color. Some colors are more popular than others.
Question:	Is this the same as cuisinart dfp-14bcny 14-cup food processor, brushed stainless steel (just a different color
Answer:	Yes it is the same. I will note the picture of the black stainless makes the mixing bowl look gray as well. THE MIXING BOWL IS CLEAR, NOT GRAY. I have not yet posted my review,( I wait 3 to 4 months) but will note so far it has performed like a champ. Very durable, quiet, and heavy duty.

Question:	Brand new, red light for overload protection keeps flashing & will not go on low or high. Anyone else run into this problem
Answer:	I just got the machine and only used it once, but if you check the manual under Troubleshooting, page 38, it states "the food processor shuts off during operation," it explains about motor overload and the LCD light flashing. Not sure if that's the problem, but was the only one I could find. Good luck!
Question:	How long do the juices stay good if you make them ahead and refrigerate
Answer:	If the juice is in (a) container(s) that reduce the amount of air surface, meaning if you have 8oz of juice, it is in an 8oz container, not a 10oz, and it has a properly sealed lid, the juices will stay good about 3 days.
Question:	I juice mostly leafy greens, will this juicer work for that

Question:	How does this juicer handle carrots
Answer:	I have been juicing since 1973. The Breville is a superior quality machine. Only a Norwalk press is better. The price of this machine is a steal! To get carrot discoloration off, soak in bleach water periodically for 12-24 hours. 1/2 cup of bleach in enough water to submerge the parts completely ( 5 gallon bucket half full). Rinse thoroughly and scrub down with soft plastic scrubber or brush, assemble the machine and run it with jar and pulp bin on. Run cool water through it in smallish bursts. Then run until dry. Let air out for at least a few hours. I guarantee it is harmless. I’ve been using that technique for 45 years.
