Answer:	I'm sure you could, We made chocolate and it turned out very smooth, Nut butter would probably turn out good. You would probably want to pre-grind the nuts a little but cause large pieces can bind the machine up. the texture you get would probably be close to nuttella as opposed to peanut butter.

Answer:	Not sure of Rockwell hardness but this file broke very easily with minimal pressure and cut me like a razor blade
