Answer:	I can make it reach half way across my sink (approximately 10-11 inches) when I extend it out completely from both pivot points. (At the base is one spot and the 2nd pivot is where there is a bend on the metal arm). Having them both points extended fully makes the faucet head close to the sink. The faucet also can be very compact also which is nice with big pots, etc.

Answer:	Yes. To grate cheese finely, we recommend allowing the cheese to reach room temperature and cutting it into 1 inch cubes. Then, add it to the bowl and pulse to coarse chop. You can then process continuously to fine grate.
Question:	I see this comes with a dough hook. Yet a comment by someone from the manufacturer says it is not intended for kneading dough. Is it, or isn't it
Answer:	It does come with one. The dough blade broke after about 5 times of making dough with it. However, I just read online at cook's illustrated that it's actually recommended to use the metal hook blade of a food processor for making dough.

Answer:	The midsole is flexible enough so it does not hamper agility for any type of sports activity. Also it is sturdy enough to give your feet enough support for heavier activities like, lifting heavy objects, or climbing. The heel and foot support gives you a solid platform when weight lifting and won’t compress or collapse under heavy stress giving you a solid safe platform. The ankle support is also padded enough to protect you from impacts to your ankles from rocks while climbing while hiking or on trail. You also have the choice of lacing up loose for total comfort on feet or ankles or lacing up tight for total support. I use mine for fast draw gun fighting where you are running and twisting. When you get into position you have a solid comfortable platform.

½ bunch fresh cilantro

3 firm tomatoes, cut into chunks

1 white onion, cut into quarters

1 jalapeño pepper, halved (optional)

¼ cup lime juice

1. Place food chopper onto blender base, then add cilantro and pulse until desired texture is reached. Set blended ingredient aside in a mixing bowl.

2. Repeat for each of the other ingredients, adding to mixing bowl after blending.

3. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, incorporating everything together with the lime juice; add salt to taste.

1 onion, roughly chopped

1 bulb garlic, peeled

3 pre-chopped habanero pepper

1 tablespoon apple cider

3 ripe tomatillos

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

½ cup sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1. Add onion, garlic, habanero pepper, pumpkin, and apple cider to Oster Pro Blender & use the pre-programmed salsa setting to blend.

Tomatillo Salsa

2 tablespoons water

1/2 pound tomatillos (about 3 medium), husks removed, cored and quartered

1/2 cup white onion, coarsely chopped

1/2 small serrano pepper, quartered

1 garlic clove, chopped

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped

1 teaspoon lime juice

1. Place the first six ingredients into Oster blender; blend on high until almost smooth.

2. Transfer to a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in cilantro and lime juice.

Answer:	Yes, there is a dough blade, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. My KitchenAid stand mixer has a dough hook, so now it's great to have choices. Love the food processor for making pie pastry; can make 2 or 3 seperate recipes in the time it takes to make one pastry by hand. I tried doubling the recipe for the processor, but it works better to make them individually. Bread dough recipes work better for me to make one at a time with the mixer also.
