Answer:	Yes, you can. The easiest trick is the boil-and-wait method detailed below. Keep in mind these are just guidelines and not a guarantee. Hot water (75℃ - 80℃): Let boiled water sit for about 5 minutes before use. Near-boiling (90℃ - 95℃): Let boiled water sit for about 1 minute before use.

I Usually 30 seconds is more than enough time. When you press the button, and hold it in, the shaker runs continuously, and you then press again, to turn it off. There can be a bit of technique to doing that, so don’t give up!
