Answer:	I know this is late, but they have some on ebay for good price, single serve cups and lids for all the Ninja Blenders.

Answer:	The Ninja can easily do cookie dough and cake batters. But it is a high speed unit. Anything that needs blending on low would not do well with this. I still have my mixer and use it for low speeds. My Ninja did come with a "dough blade" and I do use that for pie crust, bread dough, etc. I have not done egg whites, but I imagine it would do well as the high speed does incorporate a lot if air. Whipping cream does well.

Answer:	I think it would - it does a good job in making hummus from scratch. We like the unit...just to note, it's what I would call a "baby version" of the real thing, i.e. smaller than we anticipated.

Answer:	YEs, included and made a wonderful pie crust.

Answer:	The height without the lid on is 11 1/2". I measured the height with the lid to be 17" if that helps you. The lid couldn't be inverted for storage because of the odd shape. I just store the base and bowl separately in a cabinet.

Answer:	I just got a "Plus" and did so for the differences. The "Plus" is identical to the 12-cup processor, it is NOT a 16-cup processor (that is a different model entirely). The "Plus" includes a small processor bowl and serrated S-blade that fits it. The "Plus" includes the blade storage box also.

Answer:	I contacted Kitchenaid via email directly, one is available from Kitchenaid, but it is not shown on their website. The part number is KFP15FFD regular price is 39.99. + postage. I ordered one from Kitchenaid here in the states. It is interesting that if you goggle the part number the French fry disc appears on German appliance parts websites.

Answer:	I always used an emersion blender (sp?) for the fastest results making baby food....used it through 2 children and loved it!!!!!Zap zap, then its done, fast clean up along with fast puree for the babies!!!! alot easier to use and clean then having to use a bigger food processor...but this food processor I love...

Answer:	It comes with two blades. One is the kind that sits down in the bottom chopping/mixing blade. the other sits on the top and is reversible one side slices less than 1/4" slices, and the other side is a cheese greater. Both work great.

Answer:	Yes chops them perfectly! Make sure they’re are soft and if not then soak them in water for about 10-30 mins. If you want to be more careful then cut the dates in half before you put them in the processor.
