Question:	Is it possible that the spring form pan would actually fit into the steam basket pan for easy removal? If so that would be a game changer
Answer:	Instead of the steam pan, just place the springform pan on the trivet with long handles and lower into the pot. (Make sure the handles of the trivet are standing up on either side and being lowered into the inner liner of the Instant Pot.) This is much easier and safer than placing the springform into the steam basket because, even though the springform does fit inside the steam basket, the handles on the steam basket have a tendency to come loose and fall off. This means your filled springform may tip out of the steam basket either lowering it into the Instant Pot or while removing it.

Answer:	The product comes with a very small owners manual, but it does not explain how to use the canning feature. The company is not responding to my requests for instructions or information.

Answer:	User manual states that the High Pressure setting produces a pressure of 80 kPa which is about 11.6 PSI. This is not high enough to safely can low acid foods.

Answer:	Unfortunately you cannot. The temperature jumps intervals of 10 to 30 when you increase or decrease it - depending on how high or low it already is at.
Question:	This new model states in compensates for altitude. Why? I thought that was what pressure cooking is supposed to do
Answer:	Hi, the unit will go to "standby" mode when the timer ends. Meaning you can't see the light on the panel. Thank you.
Question:	Want to try the sous vide function but need something to circulate the water. Anything on Amazon to do this
Answer:	All stainless cookware that is not dirt cheap will have indications at the bottom. look for induction emblem. A word of caution against using cast iron cookware - heavy cast iron pots or frying pans will get too hot for the cook top to operate normally. It has built-in ventilation to prevent it from overheating. At best it will trip protection switch and you will get error code like E5, meaning it is too hot, the electronics inside will melt. Actually, if you intend on using it for more than a couple of years, do not keep any hot pots on the cook top after cooking is done, for the same reason.
Question:	Has anyone upgraded from the lux or duo to the ultra? is it worth it for the easier controls and greater programmability
Answer:	The cooktop will only draw 1800 watts (15 amps) total. You can run one burner at 1800 watts or two burners at 900 watts or any combination that does not exceed 1800 watts. It won't let you use more than 1800 watts so it will not trip a 15 amp breaker unless something else is on the circuit or something goes wrong.

But if you are looking for a rack to stack the small jars, you don’t need one.
