Answer:	Respectfully, any time I've ever had problems over the decades with beans not cooking evenly it was invariably due to a batch of mixed old AND new beans. This happens more than you might think, and unfortunately a recent purchase of mine of small red beans in 25 lb. bulk are proving to be exactly that. Soaking an extra couple of hours seems to help a little (10 hours instead of 8) and then bringing to full heat and pressure a little more slowly, then pressure cooking one extra minute than you normally would. All those things together will help when old and new beans have been mixed together.

Answer:	Happened to me also, remove the sealing ring, make sure it is completely dry along with the lid, dry. Then flip the sealing ring over so that the wider side of sealing ring is on the bottom where it will seat with the cooking pot. That should do the trick.

Question:	No controls diagram in manual. says to press the time button. no such button, rather a delay time button. how do i set cook duration time
Answer:	The Adjust button sets the time. I just sent an email to support reaming them a new one for giving such poor instructions. Nothing on YouTube about this brand, nothing about which comparable parts available. It's frustrating but I'm learning how to use it. They need to do a lot of work on that instruction manual. It's horrible. But the pot is good. I wish it came with a rack. Gotta get that.
