Question:	Is nuwave induction burner could be touch in the burner after cooking
Answer:	The top does not get very hot because it does not supply the heat to the pan. It only gets a little hot because of the heat from the pan that is sitting on it. The top of it getting hot is not an issue. It is nothing like a regular stove. You can mess with it as soon as you are done and will have no problems.
Question:	Is the pan dishwasher safe
Answer:	You'll hear burying answers, but I'm going to tell you that you should never use The dishwasher for any non-stick pan. Should always be done by hand to protect the finish and guard against abrasion and being scratched. And by the way, because it's a ceramic coating in many cases or an artificial coding, you should be careful adding cold liquids to the hot pan because it can create small microfractures because of the thermal shock of the metal shrinking when you put the water or the cold liquid on it. And this is just physics this has nothing to do with cooking technique it has everything to do with these pans are fairly thin and they don't tolerate that very well. I've been using the PICs as a travel nurse now going on 7 years. So I've had a lot of experience.

Example; on the main larger burner I’ll Be boiling potatoes and on the smaller burner I’ll be warming chili or the like and have had no problems. Other units I’ve had couldn’t do that. Also I can operate the microwave without popping the breaker. Of course I have all the appliances connected to a surge protector. Toaster Oven, Toaster, Microwave and the two top ceramic burner. I love the unit and highly recommend it.

Answer:	Hello there, You may use clay pot on our Ovente Electric Double Coil Burner. Just make sure that you soaked your clay pot in water for about 15-24 hours before using and then let it dry. Put some oil in the pot and pre-heat it in your oven for about 20 minutes. You may use the pot once it cools down. Do not leave the pot without any water in it as the direct heat from the burner may break it.
