Question:	One burner is getting almost no gas, hoe do you fix it
Answer:	There is typically a proper and improper way (sequence) to turning on & off the stove....I know this sounds silly, but if you don't follow the directions, all will work, but sometimes the gas regulator is thrown off balance and it will keep the full volume of gas possible, from getting to the burners. Typically you can unhook the fuel, let the regulator relax for a few minutes, reconnect, and all should be back up to normal.....it typically happens in the turn off sequence...such as turning off the fuel at the gas bottle/tank level and not turning off the grill with the control knobs first and letting it rest before turning off the gas bottle

Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Answer:	There should be no need to replace the top since it's iron. Protect it with an oil coating. If rusted it can be cleaned up with a wire wheel, then sanding, much like a cast iron skillet.

Answer:	You want to burn excess chemicals before cooking on the surface for the first time. You always season a metal if you’re going to ingest edibles that were cooked on it. I season my grill every time before every bbq. Don’t take my word do the research.

Answer:	The flat top weighs ~40 lbs, but due to the width, would be awkward to move alone, even if you are able to physically lift it alone. I would recommend a 2-person move, only for this reason. I lifted the top by myself, while vertically in the box (when it arrived), but lifting while horizontal would definitely change the weight distribution.

Question:	My guess is... It will need to be cured with heat and cooking oil like any cast iron product. Am I right
Answer:	Anything with a porcelain coating is NOT true cast iron in the way most of us think that must be "seasoned" or "cured". Coleman is not using the correct language in my opinion. It should be called out as porcelain coated cast iron. That is not cast iron like what your grandma made pancakes on-it lasts a short time compared to true seasoned cast iron. With this the porcelain chips off and then the so called " cast iron" becomes exposed and starts to rust and flake sticking to YOUR food! It happens on most grills-big or small. All the sudden you bite down and "ouch" or "ick".
Question:	made of the highest quality materials" what exactly are those materials? are they cast iron? porcelain? unicorn dust
Answer:	I have purchased 3 sets of "OEM" replacements for a 12 year old grill. Not a single one is the glossy porcelain cast iron like the originals. Some have been cheap aluminum that flakes off on first use. The rest are cast iron with a dull Teflon coating. I want the true, original porcelain cast iron plates that lasted 12 years.

Answer:	The Griddle and the Grill are NOT the same as the original, despite the item description. The Griddle is porcelain coated, shiny, mostly non-stick and won't rust. The Grill (with slots) is cast iron, heavier than the original, very porous, needs to be seasoned and treated like a cast iron pan to prevent rust.
