Answer: I've called Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods and asked if they could cut my roast in half or in chunks. They said it was NOT possible for home delivery, only if I went in person. Will say that this is the easiest roast I've ever bought to cut up myself. It's extremely tender.

Answer: No, it comes in a loaf or rectangular shape. There are 1 or 2 pieces depending on how many pounds you order. However it's very easy to cut into a roll if you want to stuff the roast. If you buy it in person the in-store butcher will cut it into a roll if you wish.

Question: Is this non stick
Answer: yes it's non stick. I use it all the time and there is no stick for me.
Question: Will my steak taste like a steak on a grill or like a steak on a George Foreman grill which no offense is pretty gross and steam instead of grilling
Answer: Definitely a good question. I had the same question and issue with the GF grill. I bought this HB Grill and it is great. Great searing and cooks like an outdoor regular grill. Marinate or season your steak however you like it and it will come out perfect. Of course, you won’t have the charcoal flavor if that is what you use for your outdoor grill, but the other flavor, texture and searing will be there. (I personally think it comes out juicier on this grill than the regular outdoor grills). I also found that this HB grill made it easier to get the cooking level you want; for steak; I.e. Medium, Medium Well, Well Done etc.
Question: the removable grill plate has plug in attached. Is it ok to get that wet when cleaning
Answer: Yes the booklet says it can be washed, the only thing you can't wash is the base it plugs into. However I don't put mine in the dishwasher and when I wash it I don't let it sit in water. Like my old George Foreman I find its easier to clean if I put wet paper towels on the grills surface while its still hot and shut the lid, this steams off a lot of the baked on marinade I use...
Question: what size is the cooking area
Answer: The cooking area is about 15x10 in which is more than adequate for me and my wife/ friendsI can grill almost anything without having to deal with weather conditions.Its great with miminalpreperation and cook time. I'd recommend it anyone who loves the taste of grilled food without the hassle
