Answer:	I have not had a problem with either getting into the battery compartment. The lid to the battery compartment is recessed into the bottom of the unit. You'd have to submerge the unit in water about 3/4 inch deep before it would be able to seep into the battery compartment. The soap reservoir is one continuous piece of plastic and cannot leak into the unit. Hope that helps!
Question:	what voltages does it reguire? The specs say 240 voltage
Answer:	No...Any liquid soap should work. I have used a thinner regular as well as a thicker antibacterial soap and both work well with this dispenser.
Question:	volt? Will this not work on US110 volt
Answer:	I grabbed it by the back and ran it under the faucet. You could take the batteries out while you clean it. But since it is sanitizer, rinsing it off seems to do just fine and then dry it with a paper towel. Or you can use the sponge that's included to wipe it down. I sit it in the plastic lid to a take out dish when in use. This is used at the door to our church so it is high traffic on Sundays.

Answer:	Water? I filled it within an inch and half of the top with soap, I believe. One soap I had was quite a bit thicker so I added a couple tablespoons or so of distilled water and stirred it up to combine it. Works fine for me. If your soap is really thick you might need a tad more distilled water. You can always add a bit more if necessary.

Answer:	I ordered on 8/31. They said they shipped it ... but nothing has arrived. Although a tracking# for UPS was generated, it looks like UPS never picked anything up from the seller(!!!), called VidaZen. Answer:	What they likely mean is, would it be safe to use the fridge with an extension cord, or would it need to be plugged directly to an outlet. I would say that if you were to get an extension, to make sure it's a low-number gauge, and as short as possible. That should decrease the possibility of it heating up and causing a fire. But of course it would be best to plug it in directly to an outlet.

Question:	Should the freezer actually worK? Mine intermittently makes and then thaws ice. Is that to be expected
Answer:	The freezer is manual defrost.
Question:	Where in can buy extra shelves for this product
Answer:	Owner's manual says to ensure proper ventillation, it should be installed at temps above 60 degrees F and below 90 degrees F. As far as the temp inside is concerned, there is one temp control from 0 to 5. After setting at 5 when first installed for about 24 hrs, it is recommended to drop down to 3. Actual temperatures at 3 are not stated. I am hoping the frig part is about 35 to 40 degrees and the little freezer at 30 to 32. I use a frig thermometer to check the coldness.

Answer:	Hi the unit is approx. 14 inches deep x 29 inches high x 15 inches wide

Answer:	There are no screws - the handle snaps in. We thought the same thing (that screws were missing) since there were screws for the bottle opener. But no. Mess around with it a little and you’ll figure it out.

Answer:	This should help - I just measured mine. This fridge is 32 1/2” tall, 18 3/4” wide and 17” deep. The depth includes the door when closed, which obviously it is, most of the time.
