Answer:	Yes it can. It will destroy ice, frozen fruit, nuts, and seeds. Just be sure to hold it down for a few seconds and let it up for a few seconds (basically pulse it with a pause in between) to make sure you get it as blended as you'd like. I love mine. I highly recommend it.

Answer:	I received exactly what is shown in the picture. 4 Z brackets. Enough to mount one panel.
Question:	How many hours of direct sun do the lights need
Answer:	Your question kind of cut off. But yes, you can use the mc4 connectors as an in-line splice when used on an outside line. As it makes for a solid water tight connection when properly crimped (I also solder mine) and the seals are tightened.

Answer:	It doesn't allow you to attach a pic, which I put the dimensions. If you go to the Amazon page with the brackets available -- I bought the one on the left ($8.99). Longest side 2 3/8" Shorter sides 1 1/4" and Shortest Step-down section 5/8" Hope this helps.
