Answer:	This warmer holds only 8 towels. Not enough!! I had expected and thought it would hold more. It takes too long for the towels to get warm/hot. I must arrive at 3 hours early to ensure they are ready for the client. Not good!
Question:	Do you sell a replacement pitcher for this model
Answer:	You would use this, by wetting towels and adding an oil to them for scent if wanted, ring out the water to keep them damp, roll up towel and place in hot towel cabby. Plug in, push the power button on the right front side and it will start to get hot. You can do this with dry towels as well. Do not leave wet towels in it overnight, turn off overnight and keep the door open. Enjoy! We love ours!

Answer:	Yes you put water in the warmer. Underneat the clear plastic bowl. It works really good and warms up towel really fast and hot. Only downfall is the clear bowl cracks fast. Doesnt effect anything at all,just an eye sore

Question:	Is it ok to use a tamper while the blender is running like the Vitamix
Answer:	I suspect there is a very specific tamper device provided by Vitamix that limits how far it can go down into the blender so that it does not engage the blades. The access hole in the top of the MX would permit its use, but one does not come with it that would safely do the job. I find that as long as I add just a little liquid juice or water to the ingredients, the vortex generated does not require tamping down to get the contents blending.
