Question:	Does anyone get food particals caught in the bottom of the four corners when put in dishwasher
Answer:	I always used an emersion blender (sp?) for the fastest results making baby food....used it through 2 children and loved it!!!!!Zap zap, then its done, fast clean up along with fast puree for the babies!!!! alot easier to use and clean then having to use a bigger food processor...but this food processor I love...
Question:	Can you put hot soup/liquids in the blender
Answer:	It comes with two blades. One is the kind that sits down in the bottom chopping/mixing blade. the other sits on the top and is reversible one side slices less than 1/4" slices, and the other side is a cheese greater. Both work great.

Answer:	Yes chops them perfectly! Make sure they’re are soft and if not then soak them in water for about 10-30 mins. If you want to be more careful then cut the dates in half before you put them in the processor.
Question:	Would this replace a mixer? e. g can it do cookie dough, cake batter, egg whites, etc

It is really well built and sets up and breaks down easily. It is a really great value and we use it daily and I plan on using it for my softball team in the fall...

Answer:	As a health care provider—I would check with you/your patient’s doctor or a dietician. It may depend on type of meat and how well it is cooked etc. And since there are many options to get protein ( since the patient is obviously not eating!)—I don’t know that you should be considering that.
Question:	Can I make baby food with this
Answer:	We are happy to confirm that you can use this blender to make baby food.
Question:	Would this blend coffee beans or grains
Answer:	Yes you can but it's a learning process to get the grind consistent for the process of the type of coffee you're needing. I would grind smaller amounts of beans for a short time, using pulses instead of on ... You will want a More course grind consistency than you might think because it is super easy to get the grind looking more like what you buy that is pre ground, and your coffee will clog up in the filter basket. I've been using various devices to grind my own coffee for decades and using various devices to make coffee from making it on the stove campfire style, traditional drip, to french press and pod style. If your coffee grounds are too fine they resist getting wet and the water leaks out, you've heard the phrase like water off a ducks back - mess everywhere. So experiment with small amounts. If you do get a batch of grounds too fine, easy to fix, just put them into any sealable container, zipper bag, jar with a lid etc, add cold water and mix, stir, or shake and let sit for 30 minutes to overnight depending on the intensity you desire. You'll want to filter this at least twice, then you can Brew the grounds as you normally would. Heat the liquid and dilute with water to your preference. It's basically a trial and error to get it to the way you prefer.

Answer:	Sometimes it doesn’t work if there isn’t enough water in the tank. If you have enough, you have to hit the 4 square button to navigate to the steam, set the time you want, then hit the power button. It may take a few seconds to kick on.

Answer:	I can remove the blades to clean separately, and it is easy to install. Be very careful when handling the blade set as the blade is very sharp.

Answer:	The base (motor) is 7" tall and 4"wide (at the top - the widest part). With the beaker mounted the full height is 13"

Answer:	Extremely well, the ninja can handle anything you put in it. I did a 12 day kale/spinach smoothie cleanse and it was perfect

Answer:	Yes it can. It will destroy ice, frozen fruit, nuts, and seeds. Just be sure to hold it down for a few seconds and let it up for a few seconds (basically pulse it with a pause in between) to make sure you get it as blended as you'd like. I love mine. I highly recommend it.
Question:	Is this blender loud?? Trying not to wake othere in the am
Answer:	I use it with towel around it in the morning. it's loud... not as bad as some. I mostly do not wake the baby that is 10 feet away.

Answer:	I don’t know this answer guessing you could google for 8oz cups for the blender

Answer:	It says no to hot beverages. Also it says dishwasher safe but that’s not true. The blade assembly got ruined/cracked/leaked from putting in dishwasher so we got another one didn’t put it in washer and it’s worked perfectly no issues.

Ninja Pro Extractor blades crush through ice, seeds, skins and stems for a smooth, even consistency. Twist on the Sip & seal lids and take your drinks with you. All parts are BPA free and dishwasher safe. (Extract a drink containing vitamins and nutrients from whole fruits and vegetables> by blending whole fruits and vegetables, including portions that are normally discarded). You may also wash the jars by filling the jar to the Max Fill line with warm water and a drop of dish washing detergent, placing the blade assembly on the jar and pulsing a few times. Do not fill the jar more than the Max Fill line with water because it will overflow. Once clean, remove the jar from the motor base. Rinse the jar, attachment and lid under running water. Allow all the parts to dry before storing.

Question:	I just want a great smoothie-no extraction-but needs to chop ice quickly....is this the right blender
Answer:	I purchased both, 450 for my brother and 456 for me. The differences are: - The book: 456 has more recipes - The lid: 456 has a better lid, easier to use IMO - Usage: this one is the most annoying/ different. In 450, when using the machine, you need to stablize the cup by spinning it, "clicking" into their locks. But 456 gets rid of that, just push your cup onto the machine, and start blending. It doesn't have to same stability as in 450, shaking crazily when blending, which is a major disappointment. Hope this helps.

Question:	so will this chop up most veggies into liquid form, not just jucing it and having lots of pulp leftover right?drink. no leftovers
Answer:	I wouldn't try it. Is NOT designed for it. You might try it only with the risk of loosing the warranty assurance. However also might work and you would have found one new use.
Question:	What is the difference between the bl456 and bl450 models
Answer:	I got an extra brush for cleaning and a USB charging cable.
