Answer:	Do not try to pull up the grinding basket. Feel around and pull up the black assembly that basket sits in gently. Practice a few times and it will become easier.

Answer:	I don't peel anything but the oranges because the instructions clearly say that the thicker skins could damage the juicer. The only time I cut something up is if it's too big to go into the feeding area. Otherwise I don't do any extra prep.

Question:	does the blade fit on a mason jar
Answer:	it is NOT safe to use mason jars. They are non-tempered glass. Often times shards of glass can come off non-tempered glass. Tempered glass is less likely to sliver and break, and IF is does, it breaks in "chunks" that are more noticeable and less liely to cut
Question:	Is the blender good for grinding for chutneys and sauces
Answer:	Judging from the way it all but liquefies a combination of beetroot and celery I think grinding for chutney and sauces will not be a challenge.
Question:	Can I make almond, soy milk and nut butter with this blender
Answer:	Haven't tried any of those, but it's really powerful so I can't imagine it wouldn't. It comes with two different blades.
Question:	Do the travel cups include a blade? What are the sizes for all the cups
Answer:	2 types of blade are includes. I don't know what each is for but the both blend very good
