Answer:	Do not stick it on top of the microwave when the microwave oven is working;

I don’t know why anybody would just continually heat up a product with their food if it’s not being used to cover the food in the microwave. Simply remove it if you’re not going to use it over your food, and when you’re done heating you food, place it back up to the top of the microwave for storage purposes only.
