Answer:	They withstand temperatures up to 450 degrees per description, Yes definitely for the oven. If you type in “air fryer” in the “Customer Question” box, you’ll find answers from others - I have no air fryer.
Question:	Do you use the lid for the egg bites on when you are cooking in the pressure cooker or is it only for storing after cooking. I
Answer:	Yes I use the lid. This helps prevent water from the steam cocondensing on top off the egg bites.

Answer:	Yes, I use my lid in the insta pot! That keeps the condensation from getting whatever you are making wet! Recipes I follow for egg bites say to use the lids and I have done so every time.

Directions:

1. Sear the ribs. Liberally salt the short ribs on all sides. Preheat the Instant Pot by selecting Saute and adjust to More for high heat. Heat the oil until it shimmers. Add the short ribs in a single layer without crowding them (work in batches if necessary). Brown the ribs for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate and set aside, leaving the cooker on high heat.

2. Cook the vegetables. Add another coat of oil if the pan is dry and heat it until shimmering. Add the carrots, onion, and garlic. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of salt and stir until the onion pieces separate and the vegetables begin to soften, 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Make the sauce. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes, just until the paste begins to brown slightly. Add the wine and stir, scraping the bottom of the pot to dissolve the browned bits.

4. Pressure cook the short ribs. Lock the lid into place. Select Manual (or Meat); adjust the pressure to High and the time to 40 minutes. After cooking, naturally release the pressure for 20 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure. Unlock and remove the lid.

...Carefully transfer the ribs to a plate or baking sheet. They’ll be quite tender and will fall off the bones if you’re not gentle. Tent lightly with aluminum foil to keep them warm while you finish the sauce.

Question:	What is the size for 3 q qt inner pot
Answer:	Hello Sir, i have used this product on several vehicles. But have not used on a fifthwheel. I do know with just buffing out a exterior of a fifthwheel in the past, one thing is to control the heat on the paint. With the decal remover it does produce a lot of heat with either the body of your fifthwheel being fiberglass or Aluminum. I could do some research through my connections to see if this product will work.
Question:	I see the markings on the pot stop at '10', which is 2.5 quarts, I don't see how there could possibly be room left for another 3.5 quarts in this
Answer:	Hi and thanks for your question. When using an eraser wheel you have to pick your surface carefully. No one is implying that an eraser wheel is okay to use on any surface. As stated in our product description, you can safely use the eraser wheel on clear coated or sealed auto body and marine surfaces, chromes, and glass. You can find examples of our wheel used successfully in our product reviews, as well as on videos made on social media platforms. Just search for our brand name. Where the wheel is not advised, is on raw paint, wood, aluminium, or plastics. It all has to do with the compounds in the eraser wheel. The rubber acts as a mild abrasive which is perfectly safe on auto body surfaces as the wheel is designed to be softer than the surface of a well painted body panel, but harder than the adhesive being removed. In some instances there may be a dull sheen left behind on the surface from the wheel (due to it being a mild abrasive), but this is easily restored with a good car polish or wax.
