Answer: I wouldn't. It may be possible if you make up a special longer arbor. But, these are very aggressive tools and when you touch them to wood, they pull a lot and can be difficult to control. Several blades would easily yank the tool from your hand or send it out of control.

Answer: I held on to the grinder very tight with both hands and roughed up the entire surface of the 2" x 10" board after cutting into it with an axe to make look as if it had been hand hewed. It could do a lot of damage to ones body if not handled correctly. It's like any other tool, you must respect it. I hewed 30, 2' x 10" boards and only sharpened it one time. You sharpen it the same as you do a chain saw.

Answer: I typically cut them in half if stuffing them. This tool works great to core out and remove seeds and membrane. Cut in half, and remove any bits of membrane and seeds that remain. Stuff and cook, or dice and put in recipes. For cooking them whole and stuffed, there is a special "holder" that can be used on a grill or in the oven, but I don't have one.
