| Answer: | Thanks so much for your inquiry. Making ice spheres is simple with the sphere mold, there are two basic ways: A. Just fill the bottom part until about 3/4 through while you place it on a flat surface and then place the top part above it. Push the top part down gently and make sure you are using a flat surface when you're doing this.The mold has unique inner channels that close together, separating the ice spheres one from the other. The excess water will come out from the top holes. You can also add water through the top holes if needed or if too much water spilled out. Don't worry about the excess water, they add weight to the top part and hold it in place. Place the mold in the freezer.B. Add fruits or anything else to the bottom mold, place the top part and push it down (without filling it with any water).Place the mold on a flat surface and add water into the holes, some water may spill over but its ok as mentioned earlier. | Answer: | Not sure what you mean by "by directional", but the blade has teeth on the front side only, and the upper arm moves up and down rapidly to create the cutting motion. Then you gently maneuver the part around the blade on the cutting platform. So I would guess "no", its not bidirectional. But its easy to use and kind of fun. |
