Question:	How do you know when these are full? Mine aren’t when I think they are
Answer:	(1) remove the blue lid; (2) take the (clear plastic) base cup and fill it to the brim with good tasting water; (3) attach the lid allowing the water to seep out through the small hole on the lid; (4) freeze; (5) this is the tricky part but well-worth it: with your warm hands hug the lid and container while removing any frost. While keeping the container up-side-down, twist the lid off. If still too difficult to do this, run hot water around the rim. The goal here is when you remove the lid have the sphere in the lid. (6) Squeeze the lid with the ice in the glass. Caution, while this has never happened to me, I'm concerned of breaking the base of the glass with this rock-like ice so I have my liquid in the glass before dropping the ice. I love these large, marbled crystals in my drink. Wouldn't have it any other way. Puts me back to the days of relaxing in a high-class bar. The best perk is this large ice-ball doesn’t dilute the drink so quickly as regular ice cubes.

Answer:	Be sure to use distilled or boiled water to get a nice clear ice shape out of the molds.
Question:	Are both the trays and the lids dishwasher safe
Answer:	The mold has high walls around the sides that is higher than the actual mold. You may have leakage inside the mold, but it will not spill out into the freezer, worst case scenario. You may have to trim a thin wall of ice from the edge of the skulls. Once you separate the two pieces from the frozen skulls. Which is very simple to do. The finished product is very impressive.
