Answer:	We haven’t had any problems with it standing up well on hard floors, gets a little more unsteady on carpet. Even then it stays up if it’s not touched much (watching videos vs playing a game that requires you to constantly be tapping the screen). We love this case for our 3 year old. It has withstood a lot of drops with no damage to the iPad. I would add protective glass for the screen though.
