| Answer: | I'm a retailer who's familiar with this item, and you should certainly receive twelve! If you didn't, you could return it for a refund, or contact whomever is listed as the seller to see if they have another solution. Allow them to help you first, and then perhaps rate them accordingly, so others are aware. The Prime seller Goodly Brands definitely sells cases of twelve, though, as do probably most other Prime sellers. |

| Answer: | Regular canning lids do not fit these jars. The opening is 1.75 inches in diameter. |
