Question:	My lid will not unscrew. Do you have any ideas/tips
Answer:	First, make sure that there is no more NO2 in the bottle, by carefully releasing the pressure from the can.Try to have really warm (hot) water run over the lid. Perhaps, the material of the lid warms up enough to give you a little room to unscrew.Other than that: Perhaps if you up-turn the bottle, you might be able to drip a little oil into the thread.Wear latex gloves or something similar to ensure a good grip when you try to unscrew.If the lid does not unscrew because it has been screwed in askew, don't bother and get a new one. If you screwed in askew the thread is ruined and can not be trusted to properly seal again.
Question:	The cream is coming out runny even after extra shakes and a very chilled dispenser & chilled cream. Any other troubleshooting tips
Answer:	Shake the canister upside down and rest the container on it’s side for a minute or two before removing the charger. This will allow for absorption and prevent runny cream.
Question:	oily smell won't wash out. I have washed it three times in warm soapy water and warm water rinsed a few time, still smells too awful to use

Answer:	I have the same dispenser that I got about a month or so ago. When you are adding the CO2, are you doing it quickly? You have to do it very quickly! If it is hissing the whole time you are unscrewing the cap, that is letting the pressure out. Be careful, the cap has a hole in it and I burned my finger the first time I used the dispenser. I love the ease of the trigger on this dispenser. I had one several years ago that was hard to push. My husband used it once and had whipped cream on himself, the floor and the ceiling! What a mess! Let me know if this helps, if not we'll try something else!

Answer:	I have found the warranty is not what it is cracked to be. Also some models cannot be repaired. Don’t believe the warranty hype. It is no different than any other major product. Defaults only. They did nothing for cracked glass lens. Costa recommended purchasing lenses and going to Lens Crafter. Then I found out Lens Crafters could not repair the lens. Upon addressing this concern they responded with your model cannot be repaired and we cannot honor the warranty. Poor customer service. I recommend Maui Jim.

Answer:	My wife just purchased one of these second-hand, and I noted that the auto-glide didn't seem to work either. Upon further inspection, I realized that it was simply a matter of the crib being assembled the wrong direction. The rocking motor is nothing more than an oscillating electromagnet. If installed backwards, there is no magnet in the crib base for it to rock, since the crib magnet is only one one of the two sides. You can confirm incorrect installation by taking any magnet and sticking it underneath the crib on the side opposite the motor. If the magnet sticks, you've got it installed backwards. You'll need to switch everything around, and the motor should work without issue.
