Answer:	No. These are NO2 chargers (Nitrous Oxide), used to put air into whipped cream using a whipped cream charger.Soda chargers (such as ISI) use CO2 instead of NO2 (because water will hold carbon dioxide if you shake it, but will not hold nitrous oxide).

Answer:	Most likely yes... the plastic on plastic kind &or a metal screw together cracker... the metal ones are difficult as hell to use, Trust me a legitimate cream dispenser is so much easier, and worth it ahaha, now they say iSi only because they don’t wanna be held liable in court... some dispensers are made different from others same with the chargers, sometimes 8 sometimes 8.5, materials used, construction.... there is a rare chance that something’s could happen but, I’d venture to say it’s just as likely with any dispenser... wish there was conventions in place lmao

Question:	If following directions for whipped cream how many servings per container compared to the standard can size 15oz. found in grocery stores
Answer:	The device will work with any standard 8-gram N2O cartridge/cream charger. A list of brands that work (among others) are iSi, Creamright, Best Whip, Mosa, Leland, Liss, and Whip-It!.
Question:	Can I dispense some cream and then go back 5-7 days later and still have it dispense full whipped cream
Answer:	Yes you can use coconut milk, with the caveat that you must first refrigerate the can of coconut milk for 8+ hours so it is very cold and thickens. The dispenser works best with a milk fat content of 28%+ (coconut milk is lower, so needs to be chilled to firm). Before pouring the coconut milk into the dispenser (which itself should be chilled in the refrigerator for 3+ hours before use) or mixing with powdered sugar/other ingredients (recommended to do so in a bowl before pouring in the dispenser so it is evenly mixed), shake the can of coconut milk up to mix the cream with the oil (as it will separate when chilling). Then, continue with the normal instructions and enjoy!
