Answer:	You can only fill the water up to fill line. I think if you put additional water in after it starts brewing then yes its possible to overflow. But if you need a 12 cup pot then I think this one is not for you as its only a 10 cup pot. Its a great machine as you can make single cups or the carafe of 10 cups it brews very quickly and a nice hot cup of Joe!! love it
Question:	Does the 25.5" tall measurement include the metal pieces at the ends of the rails, or is that just for the rails
Answer:	You are right there is not a way to fit your hand in the carafe so I had to buy a baby bottle brush and it works perfect in cleaning the carafe

Answer:	Mine arrived a few days ago with 4 #4 paper cone filters but no "permanent cone filter". A matter of what you like, I prefer the paper filters as the permanent of course requires cleaning out the grounds each time and the paper are simply discarded and they are inexpensive (I just purchased 800 Brewrite cone filters for less than $18 from Amazon))

Answer:	Don’t know the actual weight limit is, but I am near 200 and my wife is over 100, so you’re certainly safe to 350. But based on how much effort it takes to get the air out of it when you want to, I think it’s pretty high.

Answer:	Yes, it will. I have an Oral B electric toothbrush but I always leave it on the base (so I don't put it in the holder), but it will fit it. I use the stand for my kids tooth brushes, flossers and toothpaste and there is still room.
