In order to suspend these items within the container, products like PAM use an emulsifying agent like lecithin. The lecithin is what reacts with the nonstick surface and it does ruin it after a time. Answer:	The wooden pick helps knock down everything from the mesh screening without damaging it. The brush can’t get everything out of it.

Answer:	I think this product was tailor made for cannabis users. It will grind dry flowers in to smaller pieces to roll joints. The ceramic coating prevents buildup of tricomes, the stuff that makes MJ sticky. I wouldn't use it for garlic. You can use it for dried herbs and spices or for making tea as well. Hope that helps!
