Answer:	If you have the Peugeot 32487 Paris Chef u'Select mill, they are adjusted by turning the bezel at the bottom of the grinder, not the screw on the cap (as is common for other grinders).

Answer:	Pepper mill can't be used for salt, according to the official website. Didn't mention otherwise. But the grinding part is clearly different.

Answer:	No. Ours are like brushed finish so no marks here.

Answer:	It is plastic, and once it gets above the grinding area it becomes a straight tube with an inside diameter of approximately 1 inch. Below the area which holds the peppercorns it expands in size to 1.5inch ID and 1.94 inch OD with "key way" slots that allow an interface with the other parts. This would be an expensive part to machine out of stainless, and since it is not subject to wear, is a logical engineering choice.
