Answer:	Yes, it is indeed BPA-free.

Answer:	The inner green basket is 3 1/4" (8cm) deep and 6 3/4" (16cm) across. The outer dimensions - MAXIMUM (including handle, knob, and pour spouts is about 11 3/4" (30cm) long 9" (23cm) wide 5 3/4" (14.5cm) tall. I find it a handy size for empty nesters. You can spin a medium head of Romaine (torn up a bit).
Question:	Exactly how much lettuce or fruit does this salad spinner hold. I am thinking of one large head of iceburg lettuce or 1.5 lbs of large grapes? Thanks
Answer:	Actually just about that much. I would say, with ANY salad spinner, not to bunch it up too much but use a lighter load, but in just a good couple of turns your done. Grapes I tend to break apart a bit before using, off the stem a bit. But those weights should be fine.

Answer:	The bowl catches the water, I usually dump it out after one or two spins. For small fruits like blueberries/strawberries, I let them sit in the water to soak a little before I drain them. I really like this spinner, it is good for 2 people.

Question:	I ordered this less than a year ago and it has fallen apart. The silicone and plastic pieces come apart and won’t stay together. Is there a warranty
Answer:	Mine is still OK. TThere'a a nut inside the lid that probably comes loose with over-enthusiastic use of twirling knob, so I check ts tightness before putting the greens in my salad--wouldn't want to swallow it.

Answer:	The external one has no drain holes, it holds the water. If you want to separate the greens from the water, you have to use both bowls toghether. You can use them toghether normally, not only when you want to dry the salad, but also to keep the salad for some days.

Answer:	I have had mine for over 6 years. Always washed in the dishwasher. It is just now starting to detach. This bowl is a beast. Love it!!
