Answer:	You can set units for g, kg, ml, milk ml, oz or lbs. Grams are whole numbers (no decimal) the rest are two or three place decimal.
Question:	can i use it in 220 v
Answer:	No and yes. This scale will give you into the hundredths, but in multiples of 5. So if I put a small item on it that is between 1.85 and 1.90 ounces, it will show whichever is closest, and sometimes it has a hard time deciding which way to go and flickers back and forth. It doesn't get any more accurate than that. It is still great for most things, but to answer your question, you won't get accuracy to the .01 ounce.

Answer:	The tare function works perfectly. Simply place your container on the scale and press the ON button once. The scale immediately goes to zero and you can add the ingredients to be weighed.

Answer:	No but it is chrome and easy to clean. Also it should never get dirty as you put a container like a bowl or plate on it and push the left button. That zeros the scale with the container on it, then you just put the food on top of that. Whats nice is that you can zero it after adding each item and then add the next one so it is really easy. Answer:	Steel tip darts are made of steel and are very sharp and will penetrate a wall if you miss the board. The soft tips are plastic, not sharp and will bounce off of the wall when missing the board. Big difference.

Answer:	I was measuring actual cooking surface. There is a raised, rolled edge around the perimeter, you can see it in the photo. It does get warm but to lay something flat you only get 8 3/4" surface.

Answer:	It's easy to clean, but with raw chicken I would always put something under it if you can't clean it with a lot of soap and hot water - it's just not worth the risk.

Answer:	The batteries should last about 6-9 months depending on your use. In terms of cost, check it out at your local store considering they use common batteries. On Amazon, you can get them for really cheap. Look up CR2032 battery

Operation:



1. Clean the cheese rind by gently scraping.

2. Place the cheese onto the holder.

3. Clamp the cheese in position.

4. Turn the cheese upward to the heater(2cm distance will be better). Then switch on the machine.

5. Turn the cheese holder around the spindle.

6. Lift the cheese holder into an angled position and scrape the surface of the cheese off to the plate with the raclette knife.
