Answer:	This is more appropriate for Soft dough, it will scrap good around the bowl, but on the tabletop a metal scraper will do a better job.

Question:	Is the dough scraper stainless steel
Answer:	It's 13.3 x 9 x 0.2 mm (L x B x W). Any smaller I don't see that much of a point (I work in a pastry kitchen and do home bakes as well) , as far as hard scrapers go. If you're looking at something to scrape soft or more liquid ingredients I would recommend the iSi North America Silicone Scraper Spatula or smaller hard ones like Nylon Pan scraper from The Gift Closet seller.
