Answer:	If you can find stainless blades the same size I would imagine yes. Here is what I found on this grinder. I'm very happy with it and it has treated me well. The Waring Pro MG855 comes with 1 cutting blade and 3 cutting plates. The Waring Pro MG855 is a size #8 grinder so the plates measure 2 1/2″ in diameter. The 3 cutting plates, or grinder plates, come in fine, medium and coarse sizes. I can't find any information on the exact sizes of each grinder plates. However, Waring's manual does recommend different uses for each plate size. The fine plate is used for spreads, pates, baby food and hamburgers. The medium cutting plate is used to ground meat for soups or for making sausages. The coarse plate is used to ground meat for chili or to grind up vegetables. The body of the grinder is made from brushed stainless steel and is the only part the grinder that is stainless steel. The meat hopper, feeding tube and auger are all made of aluminum. The grinder plates, sausage making ring and cutting blades are made from carbon steel. The meat pusher and 2 sausage stuffers are made of plastic. The internal gears are also made of plastic.

Answer:	The drive gear on the motor is metal, and the reduction and transfer gears are plastic. If the grinder in stressed or if something gets caught in the auger (like a bone), the drive gear can strip the plastic reduction gear. Waring claims this is not serviceable by the owner, but it is. The part is a Kenwood KW650740 and you can get two for $8 on aliexpress.com. You also need a set of "safety" (hollow core) torx bit (T27 size?) to take off the base, and a regular T30 torx to get the motor out.

• Screw wont stay in.

Resolution: Please follow the manual to install it. The head part should be the first one to install and lock it by tighten the knob. After that, put the feed screw inside, and then cutting blade, cutting plate and cap in sequence. Do NOT put the feed screw and cutting blade and plate in the head part firstly and then put the whole head part on the meat grinder as it may cause the above problem.

• It can't grind meat and let meat come out most of meat is stuck inside the machine.

Resolution: The blade side (also named flat surface) outward when installing the meat grinder. Otherwise, it may keep clogging if wrongly placed the cutting blade. Take it apart and double check and re-install it if you find the meat grinder doesn't work properly.

• Dark residue is coming out from the machine and it smells like burning.

Resolution: The dark residue is coming out because meat grinder is overloaded operated and dry grinding. Continuous overloaded operation will cause motor overheating and the smells like burning coming out. So please DO make sure you install the cutting blade correctly before you start to use. Correction installation should be the blade side (also named flat surface) outward.

• Hole in the plates not large enough.

Answer:	It depends on what you define as large. I have used it to do batches of ground meat that were upwards of 25-30 lbs and the grinder did a wonderful job for me and I can barely keep up with it. I also admit that I am an amateur and only do batches like this a few times a year.

• Use running water to clean all the parts after using it. Running water is enough to sweep away all the remaining meat. Dry it with clothes. Reassemble it for next use.
• Remember that these head parts are made of aluminum and should not be put in the dishwasher. It may cause the coating discoloration due to aluminum oxidation. Only cutting blades and plates are made of stainless steel.

Answer:	No, I believe it depends on how fast and what kind of meat you input into the machine. Works great!
Question:	Anyone use this for deer meat, no matter how clean it binds up
Answer:	I had the same problem with deer meat. It jammed up when the pieces had tendon in them it got stuck on the disk and i had to keep stopping. You can only use pieces like you would in a lion or roast or steak you cant use stew type meat or scraps.

Answer:	Yes. I do chicken for my dog and cats.
Question:	Can this be used to slice meat for jerky ? How about slicing cheese
Answer:	It doesn't have anything to slice meat or cheese. It is a grinder. Some people do use ground meat for jerky but I typically slice mine by hand.
Question:	What size is the sausage attachment? I need to know what size casings to buy
Answer:	It has 1" at the exit, and as it is tapered it has 1,5 at the meeting with the grinder, having a total length of 4,5. Always keep in mind that space is needed in this conical tube to load a reasonable amount of casings. Therefore, casing with 1 inch without much elasticity will limit the amount to be loaded, but this amount is enough to discharge 4 pounds of meat. Good luck!
