• Use acidic products like lemon juice, vinegar, and cream of tartar to get rid of stains on each surface of the aluminum.

STEP 1

Mix meat and fat, add most of your spices, then chill.

STEP 2

Immerse hog casings in warm water.

HOW TO ASSMALE YOUR SAUSAGE STUFFER?

1. Rotate the crank handle onto the set screw ( Gasket is followed by screw nut). Tighten the screw nut securely using the spanner provided.

2. Unscrew the screw ring from the front cover. Take one of nozzles to put onto the front cover then tighten it with screw ring.

3. Screw the front cover with the nozzles onto the main body.

4. Spin the rear cover on the spiral spindle until it is positioned to the end of silicone piston.

5. Put the mincemeat into the main body.

6. Screw the rear cover with attached crank handle onto the rear end of the main body.

7. Position the machine onto a smooth surface by pressing down the lever of suction base.

Now your machine is ready to make fresh sausages!

The flange of the tube wouldn’t allow the unit to fit snuggly enough against the plate, so the plate and blade would separate. I had to fashion a washer/gasket, and even that was sketchy. It SHOULD have worked, since it’s a standard for the size grinder I have, but something was amiss. Not sure it this helped. Happy grinding (and eating)!

Answer:	I didn't keep the box, but it looks that it most likely "Made in China", cheap alloy, plates and blades are not Stainless Steel (left the plate on my wooden cutting board over night and now have image of the plate on it).
