Answer:	It depends on what you define as large. I have used it to do batches of ground meat that were upwards of 25-30 lbs and the grinder did a wonderful job for me and I can barely keep up with it. I also admit that I am an amateur and only do batches like this a few times a year.
Question:	How easy is to clean? or is a bacteria heaven
Answer:	I noticed a few answers say to use a bleach solution, however, after reading the instructions (which aren't the best) they say NOT to use a bleach solution (containing chlorine) on the ALUMINUM parts because it will discolor them. source: pg 4, under "to clean", number 9, 1st sentence

Install Meat Grinder Correctly

Answer:	Yes. But like any electronics try to put where it's some what protected you will extend its life. Just cause it says what resistance it means that exactly. Water resistant.

Answer:	Mine just arrived and it is a US version - UAP-AC-PRO-US. Integrated in my existing Ubiquity mesh network in less than 5 minutes. Efficiently packaged in a non retail box.

Answer:	Yes. You will need a Ubiquiti router that plugs into your ISP modem (cable, fiber, or DSL). You’ll have to do a little research to figure out what you need but totally worth it.

Answer:	That is a good question. You might not need the adaptor. If you plan to use the memory card on a Fanuc computer controlled machine, this adaptor allows the memory card to fit the Fanuc control. If you are using the memory card in a camera, you don't need the adaptor. An adaptor allows a memory card to fit a specific device. Maybe your device does not need an adaptor. If the memory card plugs into your device directly, you do not need an adaptor.
