Answer:	I tried to use it for pizza dough. Unit vibrated very badly. The dough climbed up the blade spindle. There is only one metal blade, doesn’t come with plastic dough blade my older unit had.

Answer:	Not sure we are talking about the same thing - BUT, the photo on the left is of the housing & shredder, tube (and food pusher inside the tube). The housing attaches directly into the in stand mixer but removing the small plate or button on the mixer and screwing in the attachment. It comes with directions and photos if that helps. I find it very easy to use and wish I had bought one years ago. It's the BEST thing for shredding blocks of cheese, potatoes and zucchini.

Answer:	I remember that I had done an extensive research before buying this pan and took it because it was the one that stood out and that is made out of a good food grade. It hasn't disappointed me one bit. I can't remember about the "nickel alloy" (bought it in 2018).

Answer:	It's 15 1/2" x 9". I love these pans! They clean up very easily. Also, the Madeline recipe that came with it is our favorite (you will have to translate it from French).
Question:	The description says this will fit the bl660 which i have, but one answer to a question says no it will not. will it fit the bl660 or not
Answer:	This pan is not coated with non-stick material; it is made of tinned steel. So, you will need to brush melted butter and/or sprinkle flour into the cavities before adding the batter. It is a bit labor intensive but I use my small silicone brush for the butter to make it go a little faster. And when removing the madeleines after baking allow them to cool for a few minutes, then gently pop out with a plastic or silicone lifter. There is some work involved with the madeleine pan but believe me it is worth it! The little cakes are wonderful.

Answer:	I can make it reach half way across my sink (approximately 10-11 inches) when I extend it out completely from both pivot points. (At the base is one spot and the 2nd pivot is where there is a bend on the metal arm). Having them both points extended fully makes the faucet head close to the sink. The faucet also can be very compact also which is nice with big pots, etc.

The upper drive casing is hard plastic and not waterproof so need to be cleaned with a dish cloth. The bowl is a softer plastic and it has a plastic plate at the bottom that has a central stainless steel stem. You pull this up to make it easy to remove the contents. The blades are stainless steel and are very sharp.
