If wall mounted, I guess you could slide bottom off, place tissue stack up into wall box, and carefully guide bottom back into place. This might take be A bit tricky. As for adhesive tape for wall mount....not sure it would hold. Then again, it might. Check on weight of case plus weight of tissue when full.

Question:	Is this made in the USA
Answer:	China. Like I said in my first review, it is not a true antique from any country--the bottom is painted yellow. Once the silverware is in it, though, you view it for its use.
Question:	How many slots are there in this? I can't really tell by the picture
Answer:	There are 4 slots. One slot each for the forks, knives, spoons and the last slot is for anything else you want to use it for.
Question:	The bar is metal or plastic? Diffrent reviews say Diffrent things
Answer:	I would say it's PROBABLY a composite plastic painted like metal, but it MAY be an aged aluminum. It's a light bar, but it looks great. I love, love, love this whole thing. Looks great.
Question:	One review says cheaply constructed and plastic bar, another says, great sturdy product? Anyone; other owners have opinions
Answer:	It's hard to tell what material the bar is made of, because of the paint, I can see that it feels like plastic. However, it has a weld so it is made of metal. Bottom line: it is heavy enough to hold the napkins in place. It's a nice looking, well made napkin holder.
