Answer:	I can't speak to the durability or longevity of using it outdoors, but I really don't see why not. Especially if it's a under a roof, I think it'll work just fine outdoors.

Answer:	I would think so, it grips pretty good. I am using on a tile floor and it doesn't slip at all.

Answer:	The mat has a protective coating, like a heavy grade plastic. The gels are soft, but I wouldn't put it anywhere in the direct sun, as long as it's covered it should be fine, it took my boys a little while to get used to the feeling but they LOVE it now. It does warm up with body heat over time but cools off again after they move off of it, hope this helps

Answer:	The large is about 36 inches by 20 inches, which fit my long, 65-pound dog perfectly, since to be cool, the important thing is to get the body on the mat, not the head or tail. When she lies on her side, her legs also hang part way off the mat, but this too is fine. Get a size large enough so that your dog's torso will fit on the mat. She still loves this, and it still loves how cool it is, even though the weather is getting cooler.
Question:	What is the gel made of? ie the Chemical. Is it toxic to dogs if it leaks
Answer:	My puppy just tore the mat apart and the foam bits and the gel were everywhere. I freaked out because the term "non-toxic" wasn't enough for me. I called the poison hotline (ASPCA) and they reassured me that because of my dogs size and the ingredients (home grown USA), that at the very most, he might experience some loose stool or vomiting. Not saying that if your dog ingest this you should not contact your vet, but I thought I would write this answer to ease someone else going through the same process. FYI-the post mentioning the mat being toxic was made a couple years ago, so I'm not sure if they changed the ingredients-but for reference I purchased mine summer of 2016

Answer:	I have been buying these since 2014 with no issues. I buy a new one every year because my dogs use them so much they end up a little beat up. I still have all the old ones I bought and just spread them out all over during the summer. During cold season I fold it up and throw it in my garage. I don’t even put it in a box. I think when I pull them back out and they are a little stiff but eventually soften back up. I highly recommend this brand of pad. After in write this I’m actually buying another because now my cat wants one lol. My dogs are both laying on one as I write this. I love this product.

Answer:	I think it could be used outside, especially in a shelter of some kind. I think it would work best if kept out of the sun. I have heard that people's cats like this mat.

Please don’t put your dog in a kennel on a flight, unless you are planning to take kin in the air conditioned/ heated pressurized passenger cabin.The cargo hold is so cold and noisy at altitude and so noisy.Not to mention the noxious fumes leaking in. Airplanes are a fast way of travel but can be deadly for animals. Unless you’re going to be with the dog in the baggage compartment, pay a bit more and get it a seat by you.

Answer:	NO, far from ironic or an oxymoron. STOP thinking products made in China are crap. Most products from China are better than what you'd find anywhere else. Answer:	I would not call this a "rollup" mat. As a matter of fact, when it ships to you, it ships flat. I suppose with a little effort, and a good bungee cord to hold it in it's rolled position, you could roll it to a reasonable degree for portability without ruining the mat.

Answer:	I have blonde hw floors also, absolutely no marking on the wood. I can't answer about the desk chair but the mat is quite thick and cushiony so I'm guessing the casters may be an issue. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I believe 20x36 is the smallest size. Why would you want to put this in front of fridge? These are good for areas where you stand a lot

Answer:	I personally would be hesitant to use them outdoors around a BBQ. I've had mine for about two years and the surface is starting to bubble (top layer appears to be separating) It's always been used indoors while I'm cooking at my stove top. Not sure if hot splatters from cooking have caused the deterioration of the product or if two years is the life expectancy of the mat. Super comfortable item, just regret it needs to be replaced at this price point.
