Question:	Does this open Ball jars and can i still use these covers again? or does it damage the ring
Answer:	Each EZ Off Jar Opener comes with three screws which are optimized to go into a cabinet, but not poke through it. Thus the screws we install are short, but they do the job and again this is to make sure they don't come all the way through the cupboard or cabinet. Some folks who've answers as you can see, only use the adhesive. We've tested it that way and had good results, but we can't possibly test in every condition and for this reason, we include screws in every order. The adhesive will hold it firmly in place so that you don't have gravity working against you while trying to screw it into place.

Answer:	Ask yourself, what's the worst thing that can happen. Then go from there. The thing that sold us on the Robotwist was a You Tube video. The guy ( wearing a black shirt) used it on about eight or nine different jars, one of which was plastic. I will confess, the PB jar I test had already been opened, but I tightened it the best I could and it worked. I guess it depends on how badly you need to use it and now much you really want, what's in the jar. Beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, right?! LOL.
Question:	Can it open an unopened pickle jar
Answer:	Yes. When I got this device, I used it to open two new pickle jars. It worked perfectly. No more beating the top of the jar with a heavy knife handle and then straining to open it! So if you have trouble exerting sufficient twisting force to open a pickle jar, this machine will do the job for you.
Question:	Just saw the commercial for this item, can it open soda bottles too
Answer:	Robotwist works on bottle and jar lids that measure from 1.2- 3.5" diameter. Works best on glass jars but will open plastic juice and Gatorade bottles. Does not open soda bottles because the caps are too small for Robotwist to get a good grip. There are good videos on YouTube reviewing the product and showing it in action. Item takes 2 AA batteries. Answer:	I consulted my chemist husband and he says, " IF the green rings are indeed copper, any acid should remove them. I presume that Lime-Out is an acid, or acts like an acid, and so it should work on copper as well as lime." That said, I/we have no actual experience with green/copper, but i would sure give it a try. If you have any Revere Cook-ware (copper bottom) whatever you use to brighten that copper will also take care of your green stains.
