Answer:	There is a difference. One is spaghetti. Another is fettuccine. The third is Angel Hair. The difference between the Angel Hair and the other two is marked, but it would be easy to fail to notice a difference between the other two. The coarseness of what you're spiralizing may make the difference more noticeable, but is unlikely to affect taste or texture.
Question:	Is the Veggetti BPA- free
Answer:	The directions are incomplete. No where does it give us ideas on which blade to use for Zucchini, or carrots or beets, etc. This is not helpful for a beginner. No information is provided on which blade should be used for any kinds of veggies.
Question:	I've got arthritis in my hands. I would think it would be difficult to keep turning the squash or cuke
Answer:	Yes, of course! Just before placing the potato in the device, cut a slit nearly half way into it, all the way down, lengthwise. This way when you use the ribbon blade (single straight blade) at each full turn you end up with a single slice. Alternative, you can spiralize the potato using the ribbon blade, then collapse the ribbon strip(s) into a stack and use a knife to cut half way in, all the way down. This will accomplish the same thing, giving you perfect potato slices for making a dish of scalloped potatoes.

Answer:	My kitchen countertop is a polished granite composite. The spiralizer grips perfectly every time I use it. I think if you strategically place the rubber suction grip on the bottom on the center of a 6" tile, you should not have any problem.

Answer:	I clean my counter top with a de-greaser first and then slightly moisten the suction cups before engaging them and that has worked well for me so far. Hope that helps

Answer:	There is only 1 blade and I had no problem cleaning

Answer:	Yes, it's as described. I do not believe it would be easy with hard butternut or acorn squash or sweet potatoes, but for zucchini and yellow squash it's a breeze. I haven't attempted to use it on the harder vegetables. I cut the zucchini in two first because the shorter length is easier to handle. Zucchini is pretty watery, so I spiral it into a colander and salt it and leave to drain over a bowl in the fridge (an hour or up to overnight) Once ready to use, I either pan-fry or roast them to get off some more moisture before adding spaghetti sauce. I use one whole zucchini per person. If you want to be only half good, you can cook a little angel hair pasta and mix them all together! You've still cut down on your pasta consumption, but I like it as is, especially if it's drained first. The watery texture of zucchini is off-putting to most people.

Question:	Are you able to use the whole vegetable to spiralize? Or is there a bit leftover? If so, how big of a nubbin is left
Answer:	I'd say just under an inch. The thing is that it's all manual; it works best when you are simply turning the vegetable with your own fingers, and eventually it's going to get too short for you to grasp without getting uncomfortably close to the blades. On top of this, you can probably go a bit shorter with, say a zucchini than a carrot, simply because the zucchini is gonna put up less resistance against the blades.
Question:	If you buy the 1-blade spiralizer, can you buy the extra blades later
Answer:	do not know that---I have never seen them sold separately. However, my advice is to go ahead and get the entire set---it is an excellent product and you will not be sorry!--wish I had found this four (4) spirializers ago--I probably have half of what is on the market and some of them were quite expensive and complex---this is IT--what you have been looking for---easy, compact, and about as big as a coffee cup and really absolutely perfect for one or two people. Get it, Get it, Get it!
Question:	Is this hard to use, to turn? I don't have super strong hands
Answer:	I would say that it is difficult to turn. First, the cap that is supposed to hold the zucchini in place doesn't really do the trick. The spikes are not long enough for a good grip. Second, it is hard to get the zucchini started. Once you get it started it works great, but turning it is still a challenge. My son does most of the cooking at our house, and he had strong hands, so it works OK for us. It might be better to spend a little more and get one that has a crank.
Question:	I'm left handed and would want to twist counter-clockwise. Can it be switched, or is it for right handed people only
Answer:	It only twists clockwise. You would hold it sideways to be able to twist w your left hand.

Answer:	I never got a book or download, plus plus 2 of the 5 blades were duplicates, so I only received 3 different blades.
Question:	Mine says it makes 2 shapes: noodles and Floras, but no instructions or clues about how to do the floras. Can someone tell me how
Answer:	There are 2 sides (top cone opening and bottome cone like opening) - one side makes noodles and the other side makes the floras. Just place the vegetable inside the opening and turn clockwise with a little pressure.
Question:	How do you make julienne slices with the zoodle slicer, mine only look like ribbon shapes on both sides
Answer:	Use the smaller blade (which makes the spaghetti shaped zoodles) and stop after one turn. If you keep turning, you will have an endless zucchini ribbon. I hope I understood and helped with your question.
Question:	can you cook these zoodles to make them feel more like noodles for pastas...does it taste good
Answer:	I blanch mine in boiling hot, salted water for a more "noodle" effect for about 3-4 minutes. Just enough to get them limp/pliable
